Synopsis

After scandal tears down his health supplements empire, TV fitness guru Sean Ford (Ray J) goes back to the modest LA gym where he began, desperate to rebuild his life. While some, like Zany receptionist Tamika (Lanett Tachel) and gym manager Eric (Michael Jai White) cheer his return, the rest are still angry that he ghosted them once he blew up. Sean's quest to turn co-workers, like his ex, Briana (Jennifer Freeman), former rival Jared (McKinley Freeman), secret eater Howard (Redaric Williams), feisty Serenity (Cynthia Rodriguez), and the sexually ambiguous Maxwell (Christian Torres Villalobos) into allies is bold, a bit bawdy, and an overall exercise in hilariously dysfunctional relationships.
