Synopsis: Moreau (Victor Tsoi) arrives in Alma-Ata and stops at his old friend Dina (Marina Smirnova). Soon he learns that she is a drug addict, and her apartment became a hangout, and storage of drugs. Moreau takes her to the Aral Sea, where the Dean begins to recover. But after returning to the city all starts again. Then Moro decides to confront the drug dealers.
