Synopsis

Silk is both the toughest and sexiest cop in Honolulu. She and her partners Brown and Kobayashi follow a gang of heroin dealers. Behind the dealers is British criminal Osteen, who is engaged in something even more dangerous: sending Asian gangsters to the United States, buying the identities of Hawaiian citizens.
