- Tax collector Ning wanders the land with his pet dog Solid Gold grieving over his lost love Siu Lan. Along the way, he runs into interesting characters such as ghostbuster Red Beard, White Cloud and Ten Miles. Ning ends up being targeted the antagonist Madame Trunk, who enlists Siu Sin to bring her Ning’s soul.
