- Synopsis
- A psychedelic color interference has slipped into the television receptor and the telephone only emits squeals. It is the night a woman is headed home not knowing whether to leave her husband once and for all. ‘Leave’ by Heavens is playing on her Discman although everything seems to indicate that it’s going to be quite the opposite. In The Signal, divided into three parts, everyone appears to have become infected by homicidal insanity except its three directors. Its ingenious blend of apocalyptic survival, zombie terror and black comedy has sent it on its way to becoming the cult movie of the year (info from cinemastiges.com).
