Synopsis

7 seasons. 1483 episodes. A TV Series that narrates the history of Spain from 1899 to 1920 through the people who live in a stately building of the bourgeoisie of a large Spanish city. The year is 1899 and Spain has just suffered the disaster of the Spanish-American War. The story focuses on bourgeois families and the lives of a group of maids who work for them. The families are: Los Álvarez-Hermoso, Los de la Serna, Los Hidalgo, Los Palacios, Los Sélers, Los Ferrero, Los Méndez, Los Quesada, Los Domínguez, Los Sacristán and Los Alday.
