- Synopsis
- In this modern-day version of the classic Dickens tale, Bill Murray stars as Frank Cross, the cold-hearted, hard-driving television executive who fires everyone when his production of A Christmas Carol bombs. Like in the Dickens classic, he is visited by the Ghost of Christmas Past (David Johansen), Present (Carol Kane), and Future in hopes he will change his wicked ways.
The reformed Frank tries to make amends with his old flame Claire Phillips (Karen Allen), who runs a shelter for the homeless, and in the end he finds that there are more important things than winning the ratings war.-
