- Synopsis
- Set in post-Civil War Spain, the story follows two sisters, agoraphobe Montse (Macarena Gomez) and younger sister Elisa (Nadia de Santiago), who live together in a shared flat. Things take a turn for the sinister when Montse finds handsome neighbour Carlos (Hugo Silva) on the staircase of their apartment block with a broken leg. Taking him in to care for his injuries, this merely triggers a series of events that get progressively darker. After all, Carlos has entered the shrew’s nest – but will he ever leave...
