- Harry falls head-over-heels in love with Julie, a waitress he's just met, and the two decide to get together when her shift ends. But Harry runs late and misses Julie. At the rendezvous point, however, a pay phone rings. When Harry answers it, a soldier tells him that a nuclear bomb will destroy the U.S. in one hour! Harry frantically searches for his new love and tells everyone he encounters about the phone call. As the news spreads, it seems everybody is trying desperately to flee the country via helicopter. But Harry continues his quest. Will he find Julie? Will it matter?
