- Synopsis
- The premiere of the mythical movie "Gilda" livens up the Spanish winter. In an old neighborhood tavern, every first Friday of the month, the Moor Hauma organizes at nightfall a singular and secret game of mus. The players, comrades from the war in Africa, arrive: Don Francisco Franco Bahamonde, Caudillo of Spain; his faithful friend Longinos, owner of a garbage dump; "Huevines", the "pater" of a regiment of regulars, and General Miguel, one-armed, Catholic and envious. In the street, Manuel, Longinos' son, sneaks into a movie theater to see Gilda, whom he imagines as if she were his own dead mother. (FILMAFFINITY)
