- Synopsis
- The bachelor Mortimer brothers run a perfume company in Rose Abbey, an idyllic Cornish estate, one growing scented roses, the other producing and marketing the luxury product. Business-gifted prospected heir Adrian Shaw refuses to join full-time, but helps out now financial problems bring the family firm on the brink of bankruptcy. They are secretly sabotaged by his ambitious admirer, the firm's banker, in cahoot with an American who wants to convert the estate into a hotel. Shaw's lover helps uncover the truth and a dark family secret.
