Synopsis
The Magic Portal was one of the first ever Brickfilms to be made and is the most well known of early Brickfilms. It was directed by Lindsay Fleay. It took 5 years to complete, using a lot of borrowed equipment and a borrowed camera. Lindsay originally recieved a Seize and Desist letter from the LEGO company after showing them it. Lindsay has a long article about making this film on his website: http://www.rakrent.com/mp/mp.htm
