- Synopsis
- It tells the story of the village of Tizangara, where the UN blue helmets work to maintain peace after so many years of civil war in this part of Africa. Five explosions kill five soldiers, of whom only their genitals and their blue helmets remain intact. To investigate what happened, Massimo Risi, an Italian lieutenant stationed in Maputo, the capital of Mozambique, arrives in the village. With the help of Joaquim, a local translator, he embarks on an investigation to unravel a mystery in which he learns that not everything in that land is what it seems.
