- Synopsis
- Falling in love can sometimes make you lose your head-or tail-as the Little Mermaid's (Mork and Mindy's Pam Dawber) is about to find out.
It's love at first sight when the Little Mermaid saves a shipwrecked Prince (Everwood's Treat Williams) during her first trip above water. Her feelings for the Prince are so strong that she goes to see the Sea Witch and asks to be turned into a human so she can return to him and live on land. There is a way, but it means that she'll never be able to return to her life in the sea with her father King Neptune (Death of A Salesman's Brian Dennehy) and her mermaid sisters...
What follows is a bittersweet story of unselfish love that has become a classic for all ages.-
