Synopsis

Casper is a friendly wandering spirit who goes astray while on his way to the Central Ghost Station, where novice wraiths receive proper training to be able to scare the living. The center's director, Kibosh, entrusts his subordinate Snivel with the task of finding the lost ghost. However, the search is not going to be easy, especially because little Casper befriends the humans, when he should be terrifying them.
