- Synopsis
- Set in 16th Century India, "Kama Sutra: A Tale of Love" is the story of two girls, Maya and Tara, who are raised together but come from very different social classes. Tara is a upper-caste princess while Maya is her servant. Maya is resentful of the inferiority she is made to feel, despite their nearly equal upbringing. Maya exacts her revenge on Tara by seducing the latter's husband on the wedding day.
