- Synopsis
- The day after County Prosecutor Katie De Maio (Angie Everhart ) undergoes medical tests at Westlake Hospital with renowned gynecologist Dr. Edgar Highley she's called on to investigate the suicide of a pregnant woman. When the suicide begins to look like murder the suspects lead her right back to Westlake Hospital! But when the suspects themselves become victims Katie fears a serial killer is on the loose. Meanwhile Katie books herself into Highley's fertility clinic for a routine surgical procedure just as forensic examiner Richard Carroll (John Ralston) uncovers evidence that Dr. Highley has a secret: His medical practices are not only unorthodox; they're often deadly and Katie is his next "patient.
