Synopsis

Joan is no longer in love with Victor and suffers for not being honest with him. Alice, her best friend, reassures her that she herself has no passion for her partner Eric, yet their relationship is going well. She is unaware that he is having an affair with Rebecca, their mutual friend... When Joan finally decides to leave Victor and he disappears, the lives and stories of the three friends are turned upside down.
